Important Shipping Information

Please Note: All orders are shipped on Monday of each week. Orders placed by 5pm Sunday will be shipped on Monday of the same week stock permitting. We will endeavor to ship orders received soon after 5pm Sunday the same week, however, this may not always be possible in which case these orders will be shipped on Monday of the following week.

Western Australian Orders: Due to recent legislation changes the Western Australian Quarantine Department is now charging an inspection fee for all live insect shipments coming into the state. You may receive an invoice for an inspection fee of >$60.00 for any order of live insects ordered through this website shipped to Western Australia.
